Hi I’m Chloe, a qualified primary school teacher, busy mum of four, and the creator behind Busby Busy Books! (The first Busy Books in the UK).

It all began during lockdown when I started making fun, hands-on learning activities at home to support my daughter’s speech and language development. What started as one busy book at my kitchen table (and a lot of late-nights!) quickly grew into something I poured my heart into, and it became one of the first busy book of its kind in the UK something I’m still incredibly proud of today.

Every product is designed by me using my teaching experience, alongside the Early Years Framework and National Curriculum, with a strong focus on progression, correct grammar, and meaningful learning through play. I love creating resources that feel fun and engaging for children while still being purposeful and educational. My busy books support phonics, fine motor skills, emotions, routines, and independent learning, and many are especially helpful for SEN children, offering calm, visual, hands-on ways to build confidence and understanding. Everything is UKCA tested and professionally printed and gloss film laminated on durable, high-quality materials, made to be reused again and again in real family life.

Running Busby Busy Books has been a real journey of growth, challenges, and proud milestones. I’ve made big decisions along the way, including selling my car so I could invest in higher quality materials, outgrowing my dining table setup completely, and moving into an office space to keep up with demand. Through it all, the biggest compliment has been parents coming back time and time again that trust means everything to me. I can’t wait to continue supporting even more families, schools, and children on their learning journey. Thank you so much for being here and supporting my small business, it truly means the world.
