Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with Busby Busy Books. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

Returns
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us at busbybusybooks@hotmail.com before sending anything back. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within a reasonable time.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us straight away at busbybusybooks@hotmail.com with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. In these cases, return postage costs will be covered by us.

Digital Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, printable downloads are non-refundable once purchased.
